- 12WY (12 Week Year): Rather than a whole year, we plan for 12 weeks and monitor weekly progress, which helps us scale faster and take a definitive lead.

- CRR (Client Retention Reorder): We track CRR to know the loyal customer engagement and prioritize long-term relationships with our customer base.
